Ethical???

They now want the Doctor to disclose clinical information. How does a Doctor do that on an application form? Is it not supposed to be Doctor to Doctor? How are we to know if those who process the forms are Doctors. It is impossible to process all applications coming and be a doctor at the same time. What makes matters worse for is that they called me on my son's 6th Month since he has passed. Had I known that they were phoning me to upset me, I wouldn't have taken the call. He asked politely and I said yes you may. Not knowing what is to come. I shouldn't have taken the call.
