Estate Late: A. Chorn (Moorcroft) - Credit refund due from Discovery Health

I have been trying for about a month now to get the banking division of Discovery Health to pay a credit refund due to an Estate Late matter, and they are seemingly simply ignoring all my requests for payment. Is this the level of (bad) service that they give to all their clients???

Reviewer Update
What does Discovery not understand. They keep on sending me the wrong tax certificate. I have asked, probably 4 times now, for a tax certificate for the period 01 March 2025 to 31 March 2025, when the applicable member died. They keep on sending me a tax certificate for the period ending 28 February 2025, which I have received on numerous occasions already. PLEASE SEND THE CORRECT TAX CERTIFICATE, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!
