Essential Delta Saver Service provider required Urgently

I am a client of Discovery health, on Essential Delta Saver and I am 30 weeks pregnant.

My challenge is with getting the service provider that is full covered by my medical aid plan. As per Discovery health app, Genesis Maternity Clinic is fully covered and is charges as per Discovery rate but to my surprise that is not true.

I made a claim of R400 and I was refunded R117.10. Reason for this as per Discovery consultant, the clinic charged me more than Discovery rate.

Im frustrated with this as I am 30 weeks pregnant and expected to go for check ups on weekly bases soon, pay cash and claim from Discovery. I even have an appointment with the Gynaecologist of which I should pay R2800 and claim it from Discovery. I don't know if that R2800 will be fully refunded to me, I'm not even sure that should I deliver in that clinic I won't be be left with debts to pay.

I'd like for Discovery to find me a service provider that will cover all my check ups and help me delivering my baby at no extra cost. I prefer for for this service provider to be around Joburg as I reside in Randburg.

I'd like for Discovery to do provide me with this information the soonest as I do not trust their app anymore since the information on the seems inaccurate hence Genesis clinic is not charging as per Discovery rate.

My next appointment with the clinic is on the 27 June and I'd prefer to have responce before then so that I can make bookings in time.
