Essential cover, or essential partial cover?

Cannot believe an essential smart plan only partially pays for a Pap smear? The benefit guide is so unclear, and so many hidden clauses that you have to find in separate documents or links. As a young professional trusting that I would at least have the essentials covered, I’m really disappointed. Especially coming from a medical aid that was cheaper and far more comprehensive.
