After 3 years and non stop emails explaining the same story again and again over the past 2-3 months I am still waiting for this useless bunch to refund me...no wonder your numbers are listed under spam calls Make sure that this gets handled immediately. I cancelled my membership in June 2019. You continued to debit my account and failed to refund me. 3 Years later and I am still fighting for my money. 5 Installements is owed to me. You claim that you have made payment of 2 installement to me on 20/12/2021 but I have not received a cent! Where did you get the bank details from, as you didn't request any bank details from me. Where is the proof of payment? And when are you planning to refund me the other 3x installements that you owe me? If I cancel a policy in writing (you have the cancellation letter) it IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CANCEL THE POLICY AND ENSURE THAT YOU DON'T DEBIT MY BANK ACCOUNT. BUT YOU FAILED TO CANCEL THE POLICY AND CONTINUED TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY. THE STAFF DEALING WITH THIS COMPLAINT AND DISPUTE HAS CLEARLY NOT DONE THEIR JOBS.
