Erroneous debit orders persistently being debited from my account

If there was ever a company that persists on giving you bad service it would be this. They have been erroneously debiting an amount from my account and despite calls and emails again this month it’s persisting. I don’t know who to speak to in order to resolve this because no one helps you solve the issue.
