ER DOCTORS SAYS ADMIT TO HOSPITAL , BUT DISCOVERY SAIS NO!!!

I have not slept in two days, I'm in pain, so I went to Arwyp hospital, the ER Doctor and the Surgeon both agreed to have me admitted for pain control and further scans and as per the CT scan , there is something in my chest that they will have to take a look at. BUT DISCOVERY SAIS NO!!! They declined the hospital auth. So I went to ask why, the Case Manager advised that there is not enough proof and the diagnoses is being questioned for me to be admitted. (now I'm lying there, sweating from he pain), so i was discharged and in pain the whole night, still cant sleep. The rejection letter states the following "In reaching this decision we have not questioned the diagnosis or the treatment recommended by the Healthcare Professional." This contradicts the decline reason given by the Case Manager"
