Engen Medical Benefit Fund - Administered by Discovery Health - Or not?

I am a member of the Engen Medical Benefit Fund. The fund used to be managed by Metropolitan Health Group. The provided an excellent service. A few years ago Engen decided to move to Discovery Health as the administrators of the EMBF. This in my humble opinion was an strategic mistake, as Discovery Health is offering a poor service. I have been battling for nearly 6 months to access my remaining benefits via the patient portal. I have been unable to do so, as there is an error within the system. The IT department have been working on this problem for more than 4 months! Still no progress. Poor service.
