Empty promises

I changed medical aids within Discovery and was billed twice.Once for Discovery and once for LA health. I was promised a refund if the Discovery Debit order goes through. I have been in constant contact with them since 21 July. And it remains a empty promise. Besides that phoning is a nightmare as a person gets moved back and forth since no one knows who is responsible and it's never the person on the other end of the phone....
