EMPTY PROMISES!!!!
My medical aid number :***<br> After months and months of backwards and forwardsing and empty promises of settling my claim with Dr Dewald Coolen ...it has yet to be done! All just lip service.<br> I have NEVER come across such SHOCKING service and lack of responsibility ever.<br> I have in the meantime spoken to at least 30 people, each one having to re-eplain my story, each one promising to get back to me...NOTHING!<br> 5 months and waiting...<br>
