Empty promises

Hi. I’ve been contemplating whether or not to write a review but thought seeing that My queries still have not been resolved I felt that this is the only way my voice would be heard and my query be resolved! On the 19th August 2019 I was rushed to hospital IN AN AMBULANCE. It clearly states that I. An emergency NO UPFRONT FEES OF R8800 would need to be paid. Well clearly the admin guy sitting behind the desk at Bedford Gardens didn’t think so. Nevertheless the amount was paid because my life and my babies life was at stake!!! Why is Discovery so quick to take our money but when it comes to paying back it takes a hours on the phone with *********** call center agents! Several reference numbers with empty promises ( from team leaders that is also ) Promises that money will be reversed and paid back into my account within 3-5 business days. It’s been more than 5 working days!! I was promised I’d get a call to follow up on my query and up until this day still nothing! I have to call and waste my airtime and explain my story over and over and been placed on hold it’s to get told the same old story! Well I am quite tired now and I need my money back. It does not belong to discovery it is my money that was never supposed to be paid in the first place!
