empty promises
In the beginning it was all promise but as soon as i what to claim from them they tell my I'm in a waiting period I was on a medical aid on my mother and fathers medical aid and i told the lady that help me i was on one she told me i must sent a document of membership to them and they Will remove the waiting period but now they say they can't I want to take my membership away and go to a other medical aid
