Empty promises

It is very unfortunate that I have to write this complaint.<br> <br> Last month I complained about Dischem and their lack of Delivery.<br> <br> I was then made promises from Arthi, which I was over the moon about as it would make my life so much easier.<br> <br> Seems to be just that...empty words, empty promises.<br> <br> My advice should Discovery promise you the stars, get it all in writing. As I obviously have nothing to fall back on now, as everything was discussed telephonically.<br> <br> I am very disappointed and let down.
