Empty Promise

After Hello Peter contacted Discovery i received what i called a courtesy call with empty promises, i submitted a claim and when i was called by one of Discovery's agents yesterday with the promise that i will receive a formal email to confirm that my claim will be paid today, its sad to say that nothing happend/ was done. No email and no refund. This needs to stop and someone need to do something about Discovery and they *****et ways.
