Empty lies and *****ing money!!!

Again month after month Discovery don't pay my gym cash back on time. This is probably the 6th time this year. The biggest problem is they don't even know about it, only after I call them EVERY MONTH! Every time I ask to speak to a manager to resolve this, but EVERY time the manager "is in a meeting". This is bullsh*t. As if a manager is 24/7 in meetings. I am getting fed up with Discovery and their empty lies.

Where is my gym cash back Discovery??? Can I have my money back by the end of the week?
