I would like to say a HUGE thank you to Emile Stadler (Staler) in Client Services at your KZN branch. Your attitude towards your work is on an entirely different level, your customer service by far exceeded my expectation. Not only did he help me with my initial query, he constantly kept me updated of the progress, of what ended up being 2 queries, through phone calls right up until they were resolved. He was so friendly and helpful. I am thankful for your attitude – it educts innovative thinking and such great commitment to customer services should be commended highly. I am grateful that it was him that picked up my call, and was the agent to help me. Thank you for making the whole experience hassle free and leaving me with nothing to worry about. I hope your managers know what an asset they have in your service :)
