Emergency QR Codes complete FAIL

<p>My personalised emergency QR Code does not work and Discovery don't seem to care...</p> <p>Disovery Health SA issue you with a personalised QR Code that can be used by emergency services personnel. This has your emergency next of kin contact details and other medical info. This could be a life safer. As a motorcyclist I see this as very important. Except that the QR Code URL link does NOT WORK AND this exposes the users to risk. I have emailed Discovery several times now and the first time they took TWO AND A HALF MONTHS to respond with a cut and paste response which was wrong. I emailed again the other day (several months later) to say that the QR Code still does NOT work. I got NO RESPONSE. I emailed again and now Discovery IT are BOUNCING MY EMAILS as some kind of avoidance or cover up? I finally included Adrain Gore CEO and that seemed to trigger all sorts of email bounces and the real cover up. I and all the other Discovery mebers deserve an honest and prompt answer now.</p> <p>Please explain:</p> <p>1. why your personalised emergency QR Codes do not work. As a motorcyclist this is serious.</p> <p>2. why your staff are unaware of this this?</p> <p>3. why you staff ignore or try to cover this up?</p> <p> </p> <p>The truth will OUT! and your staff are only prolonging their pain. I trust that some knuckles will be wrapped at some point.</p> <p>I await some (ANY!) constructive communication.</p> <p>I will also continue on ALL channels until I get ANY and I mean at least ANY satisfactory communication from ANYONE at Discovery who cares at all...
