Emergency Kidney operation, where the organ was in jeopardy, Discovery deem it as elective surgery and refuse to pay the theatre bill!

I had emergency kidney surgery in April 2017, after back and forward with Discovery (resettling the bill), the surgeons were paid in full as it was an emergency and PMB app**** (codes Discovery paid out on indicated this) Yet they will not pay out the hospital theatre bill. Just to note on the poor and lack of customer centricity discovery display: 1 hour before the emergency surgery, I was told I could uber to another hospital that discovery would be willing to cover in full!! This makes no sense, double standards and if you don't pursue your case Discovery continues to ***** the public. Discovery you DESPICABLE!!
