Emergency bills not paid

I was attended to in an emergency at Bluff Medical Center on 26 July 2019, Discovery refuses to pay the bills. I was in crippling pain. I was attended to by a doctor and treated for pain. On Sunday 28 July 2019 I was once again in crippling pain after which I had to be hospitalized in an emergency again. The cause was an inflamed ovary due to a cyst. I had to wait as it was inflamed then only the procedure could be done . I have filled the PMB form and doctor had filled it there is even a scan done on 26 July showing the abnormality is swollen in near abdomen, However Discovery has declined to pay the emergency costs/bills from Medical enter, how can it not be clear these incidents are related. First the bills are not paid fully and then even after sending the form it is still declined. Kindly have someone educated enough to look into this.
