Emailing frustrations

After a number of requests for a copy of a tax certificate a number were apparently sent but I never received them. I eventually had to drive to Sandton to get it. I am now having the same problem with another urgent matter. Emails are being sent but I do not receive them. Yes you do have my correct email address. There seems to be no way of taking the problem beyond the call centre which can only keep sending the same emails over and over to no avail. I get all my other emails.
