Email address required but sends me forms!
Hi, I am absolutely frustrated in that I email your health info company email for an email for chronic as I have a query that is urgent. Two days later I get a Chronic information form emailed to me when my email was CLEAR! Can someone please assist with either my question or with the email of whom I can speak to. My question is, does my chronic meds come from our savings or does it just reflect on the statement for info purposes?? I will send my membership number if needed. Thanks

I investigated your query and confirmed that we fund approved medication from the Chronic Illness Benefit and this does not affect your available day to day benefit. On the statement it will show from the benefit it is paid from. I have sent you feedback via email with further details.
