Efficient, effective service with great attitude
No decision was made during online self-help system to get hospital pre-authorization for confinement. Called call centre and Clifford answered. Great attitude and very helpful, very efficient, and very informative.<br> 13 minutes later, authorization was complete and I had all the information I needed and more.
