****ed up new business application ****

Evryday for the past week discovery has a new excuse for my application... For whole a week they all say wait 24 hours, I sent in my ID and dependents birth certificate then was told to wait another 24hours.. After waiting another 3 days the agent says I need to wait another ****ing 24hours... Then I'm told they can't add my sister as a dependent cause she's a minor and want proof of guardianship, the court doesn't give that out immediately it takes about a year.... So I had to remove her off the application and wait another 24hour damn hours and still I'm waiting.... And waiting... You telling me there isn't one single competent agent on the damn new business or under writers department cause when I try giving them an alternative number to call they don't contact me for feedback to assist my application .... I'm taking this to Hello Peter... And yess I'm still waiting for the damn outcome of my application to move to this stupid medical scheme...
