****ed off and ANGRY with DISCOVERY

I am a discovery member and I have been receiving unsatisfactory service from them. Discovery is refusing to pay the ampath blood people a claim does was supposed to be covered by the medical aid.

I have been at it with discovery since July about this and now I have been handed over because of their lack or urgency in sorting this out. I have given discovery all the proof they needed which I emailed to the NIPT email address of which they confirmed that payment was supposed to have been made from their side and they will sort it out. I still have that email.

I have run out out ways to get these people to settle my claim. I just wish I was not pregnant otherwise I would have moved my medical aid else where.
