Easy to take, difficult to pay!!

<p>Discovery Medical Aid</p> <p>I am following up on a claim for hospital admission, the case has been going on for more than a month.<br />I would really appreciate this settled as soon as possible. This case has been going from one agent to another.</p> <p>To summurised , I was hospitalised on 01 July for Respiratory infection at Parklands Hospital.</p> <p>I was sent to the maternity side by a nurse at the hospital as I was and still pregnant. Somehow at the front desk the receptionist at the hospital presented the claim as a pre-term labour, however I was admitted for Respiratory infection!! The case manager at the hospital was informed to changed the codes, I was asked to send motivational letters from my docters in which it was done, whom were aware and also advised that I go straight to the hospital.</p> <p>As I mentioned before this matter has been going on for sometime with endless calls and emails,may it be kindly treat as urgent.</p>
