Early MSA balance payout

I am a foreign national about to return back home. I resigned from my job and cancelled my membership on time so that I could have my msa balance payed out early. I sent all supporting documents to motivate for the early payout but 3 weeks into the matter I keep getting issued with reference numbers everytime I call in to find out the status of the payment. Absolutely disgusted with unprofessional service I have experience so far and considering my work permit is about to expire, which I have time and again raised, nothing seems to be done about it. And from all other complaints about the same issue I I see on hellopeter, this seems the modus operandi on their part and you have to struggle to get your funds as if you’re asking for a loan.

Reviewer Update
It has been close to 2 months since I requested an early payout of my msa balance. I have spent a lot of airtime following up and pushing your consultants to action this as they are ridiculously slow to provide feedback and sometimes there is no feedback at all. You gave me a run around with account verification and the client relationship manager who is assisting me doesn't have any powers to push your finance department to prioritize requests and 2-3 days turn-around time always ends up being 1-1.5 week and a matter that could be easily resolved in a matter of hours drags on forever - this level of incompetency would typically be expected from a government agency and not from a private company deducting thousands of rands rands every month for years. Give me the date when my msa will be out - if you can’t honor the request then just come out clean with it.
