This is not a compliment for Discovery Health as they have been quite impossible to deal with, but ONE staff member who went above and beyond her role at Discovery and handles our case with such care and compassion that I have never experienced service like this from anyone in this country. EARLENE PILLAY, we want your company to know how wonderful your service was. You expressed kindness, compassion and treated us like human beings, more so than anyone we have ever dealt with at Discovery. We thank you with all our hearts.
