EACH MONTH SAME ISSUE FOR 3 YEARS

Each month I submit two invoices to discovery with proof of payment attached. Each month I get paid back one invoice and the Service provider will be paid the other.<br> <br> I have been submitting these invoices plus proof of payment for 3 and a half years now, and nearly each month is the same issue. Discovery either only receives one invoice and proof of payment, or both invoices and no proof of payment.<br> <br> I do not understand this, as I submit it the same way each and every month.
