Dying doesn't keep office hours.
What the hell is Discovery doing? My friend is lying in ICU with a platelet count of ZERO and your manager had already left for the day at 16h46 and couldn't talk to her. Sadly, dying doesn't keep office hours and her life saving treatment has still not been approved. Why should she be needing to follow up from an ICU bed???
