DUE REFUND THAT IS TAKING 3 MONTHS

I have been waiting for a refund that takes 5-10 working days to 3 AND A HALF MONTHS. I have been sending verification emails for God knows how long. When I call them the only thing they say is. "it's in processing sir" I don't want anything to do with you at this point I just want my money BACK!!!!!!!
