DSP hospital incompetence

If I do not need to give any star today I would. As a medical aid Discovery stipulates which hospital and doctor to use. When a patient is ill treated or should I say get no treatment at all in a DSP hospital and a transfer is requested; the member is left to pay R4000 for transport via ambulance. What a joke.....the patient is a 1 year old baby with unspecified pyrexia......nurses must be called when a mother feels a child's fever is spiking.......reminder that due to the fever the child had convulsions....call the nurse and she has no clue how to use the thermometer....child should be on antibiotics for 24 hours they keep it up for 48 hours.....a day late they realize they never gave the child's his pro-biotics....the long overdue antibiotics has now caused diarrhea. SO DEAR DISCOVERY WILL YOU TRUST YOUR BABIES HEALTH AND CARE AT THAT HOSPITAL.
