Because of covid and financial strain I had to downgrade my medical plan in July already . i NOW ARE ON A HOSPITAL PLAN WITH NO SAVINGS ACCOUNT .After 4 months i asked for a refund of my balance in my savings account and confirmed that there is no outstanding claims. The finance department has approved it but now they say they tried to pay me but there is an error on my account - it is the same account where they take my debit order from - How is this possible ?? I have sent proof of bank detail now I have to wait another ten days what is the use can I ask for interest ? Very unhappy member
