Dr's & Discovery in rip-off partnership

Upon admission to hospital, discovery now will sms you the amount of days approved for stay. Should you, however wait for the dr to discharge you, you face carying extra days of hospitalization yourself! Discovery denies this now requires pt.s to discharrge themselves. Should you ask the attending dr to write the motivation for the extra stay - he is now charging almost the same amount as extra hospital stay is being billed to the pt! Case managers no longer check pt records & won't intercedenp, unless instructed by medical aid. & Discovery just insists they informed the pt of the amount of days approved for stay, other than that they feel they have no obligation, but to charge the pt, if he/ she had not discharged (Again: themselves?) In time.
