Drowning in debts due to unpaid medical bills

After numerous online enquiries logged with no reply I have no choice but use this platform maybe someone will care to respond

I am sitting with Bill's that discovery did not pay and I dont understand why? My GP referred me to a gynecologist last year around july/ Aug..and I followed the authorisation process because that's what I knew under the key care plan...I later received a call from discovery advising me for pregnancy I dont need authorisation as it is covered if I registered my pregnancy and they will cover my visit and a number of scan, this includes all required blood test and delivery of my baby..but to my suprise not all visits were covered and not all blood tests were covered..I am drowning in debts as it is due to my partner losing his job because of covid and also my siblings..I am literally taking care of two households at the moment and it is not easy...I dont need all this stress of medical Bill's that were not covered without any explanation. I called sometime back to query and the guy could not even explain in detail why was that consultation not covered..always told to go back to my doctor to resubmit the claim with correct procedure..this is just too much
