Dreadful - No payment for a basic necessity

Until today, I have been very pleased with Discovery. I few weeks ago I went for a Pap Smear - a basic thing every woman over the age of 25 years should do ONCE A YEAR - not once every three years you dumb people at Discovery! I thought Discovery would award me for taking care of myself and for being proactive! I also thought they would pay for the visit, at least in part - I was wrong. It seems looking after yourself is something you need to pay for by yourself! Bad service Discovery! I can visit the GP as many times as I like for a mere R50.00, but I can't visit the Gynaecologist even once without paying the full amount.
