Dr Connect, not connecting!

Dr Connect unable to connect! I am able to login to Dr Connect, search for Doctors, set the appointment, call in to the appointment...and thats where it stops. I am unable to connect to a Dr....app just says "waiting for the Dr to connect". This has happened on 2 separate instances where ive been very ill and unable to connect to my Dr. He is able to do virtual consults with his other patients, therefore I'm inclined to believe the issue is on my side..perhaps a setting.. I have searched online for help to overcome this, chatted with the Bots, and yet am still unable to solve this. Please help.
