Dr Connect App - could not access GP consultation
Dr Connect App. My son needed a GP Consult and referral for a Covid test. It took 3 calls to the call centre to get accurate advice ... only to find that the app keeps directing him to articles and not to a GP booking slot. In the end we gave up and called our doctor directly. Has anyone in Discovery actually tested the app - both the risk assessment (with temperature in fahrenheit!) and the virtual consults is clunky and unworkable. Disappointing.
