Doubled my Medical Aid Installment 5 days before installment is going, and only allows me to cancel 30days ahead of time

I Have been trying to get hold of Discovery to find out why my medical aid is going from around R1250 to R2400. They have told me this 5 days before my installement is going to go off, and they have to be given 30 days notice of cancelation. How is this fair, They could charge me R100 000 and it would still be legal becuase i have to give 30 days notice when they only tell me 5 days before. I have tried phoning several times, and on hold for over 15 mins and 20 mins etc with still know anwers. i Have written to there email complaints and still no answer in 36 hours. I have tried there chatbot on whats and its so dumb it tells me to phone number that does not answer or i must loging into a profile, But i cant login in to a profile because it replies saying i dont have that ID in file.... so WHO have i been paying and they dont even have my ID on file. Its been three days and still going, Discovery is not the best medical aid. All i want to do is cancel and they dont allow me to, and they basicly doubling my medical aid and not giving me a reason why or allowing me to talk to an real person. So cancel with them now before they double your medical and dont allow you time to cancel, its legal for them.
