Double deduction on my Vitality

My previous company was taken over in the month of December but did also pay for our medical aid, i am currently still employed under the new company and they also use the same medical aid (discovery) when the HR accountant realized that I am being double deducted, when i queried this with discovery after a bunch of mails, calls and about a month , all i manged to do is to get back one month of my premiums that was double deducted, and apparently no one understands that this has been happening for more then a year and a half and seem very stuck on the fact that this has been resolved due to the fact that they refunded me one months premiums.<br> <br> I am getting tired of no one understanding the issue, or at least acting if they don't. <br> <br> Please sort this out, its not that complicated at all. simple math with a simple formula, it can't take much longer then a dew days, and this has been happening for almost a month with no real results or conclusions<br> <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Discovery Vitality &amp; Vitality Mall to Discovery Health by hellopeter.com)</em></div>
