Double Debits for the past 4 months for no apparent reason !!!!

I am so sick and tired of discovery . It's been 4 flippen months that discovery debits my account for R5776 . When my premium is only R2886. I am currently unemployed and I obviously don't have that amount lying in my account every month . U guys have now *****ed up my bank account to such a point that I can't even use my account for anything !!!!please fix this ASAP . I HAVE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT SO WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TRYING TO DOUBLE DEBIT ME FOR !!! YOU GUYS KEEP SUSPENDING MY ACCOUNT AND WHEN IM AT THE DR WITH MY KIDS I CANNOT GET MEDICAL HELP . I AM ON THE FONE WITH DISCOVERY EVERY SINGLE MONTH FOR HOURS FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS TRYING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND EVERY MONTH YOU GUYS APOLOGISE AND SAY IT WILL BE FIXED AND THE NEXT DEBIT DATE THE SAME **** HAPPENDS !!!I NEED THIS FIXED
