Double debit not sorted

Could someone from discovery please phone my daughter in connection with the double deduction that went off at my bank account. I was phoned by an employee of discovery last week after the post on hello peter. I did explain that im unable to contact them on the numbers provided at their website. So could they please contact me or my daughter again to refund our money.
