Double billing from Kingsbury hospital and Discovery medical aid with Poor service and customer care

I have visited the Kingsbury hospital in Cape Town on the 25th of February. I had gone in to emergency due excessive pain and needing to get an urgent CT scan done. Based on my discovery health app and authorisation given it shows all my bills are covered and whatever co payment that was needed was paid on the day despite being ill the staff at Kingsbury hospital came with the EFT machines to my bedside for payment with was done. I was discharged on the day while I still explained was I was not well. I have now received multiple medical bill yet discovery has taken off all my medical savings as payment and I am left to pay these bills. Poor service from discovery with payment for such an expensive medical aid scheme
