Doscovery uses dishonest tactics

So Discovery rejected a claim from Ampath eventhough this was related to fertility tests that their approved doctor sent my partner and I for,I was contacted by Doscovery after querying why the tests which should have been covered by the ART benefit we activated.So two weeks go by and I am told that they are waiting for the invoices from Ampath and once they have received the invoices from Ampath they will them assist in paying them from the ART benefit as the incorrect codes were used by the doctor,so now I must be responsible for incorrect codes a doctor submits...really pathetic medical aid.Now after 2 weeks I receive a call stating that R1700 was taken from my savings account for these tests as incorrect codes were noted by the doctor,please bear in mind that the test were done in 2023 November when I did not even have a medical savings account,so why should it now be deducted from my medical savings account and when I asked the agent who gave him consent to deduct this from my medical savings account he could not answer this,why must I now be prejudiced by having funds taken from my medical savings balance when the funds were meant to be paid by the ART benefit,Doscovery really is the worst medical aid possible,and they do underhanded stuff...
