Don’t use Discovery Health EVER

Discovery, you have really become the worst medical aid ever. I used to swear by using you but here we are again where you stuff people around. I moved from my own plan to being a dependent on my husband’s plan and now you impose a waiting period???? How????? When I’ve been with you all this time and was diagnosed under your policy. I honestly feel like you just don’t care but you want thousands from us each month. How can I pay so much money for a medical aid that I cannot even use???? I’m so over you. To anyone considering Discovery don’t bother! They also had a call recording stating I don’t owe them any money yet they still forcing me to pay it. They say the call recording means nothing. I’m done. We will be moving away end of the year. Good bye!!!!!
