Shocking customer service. I pay for a premium package - have been forced to pay in R14,000 due to Discovery getting it wrong. Admin totally wrong on my account, causing me forced to pay extra money incorrectly Taking credit for medication that I paid from my pocket - *****! Not reimbursing self payment gap - did you know they actually INCREASE your self payment gap? Too arrogant to even reply to my queries Check out the Facebook group that has been created just for Discovery health issues people are experiencing. It's shocking. I believe they are doing this to try and recover from COVID losses - ******* their clients! PLEASE do not listen to their BS! go to a smaller medical aid provider who actually cares!
