Don't trust Discovery when you get injured out the country!!!!!

My previous complaint has reference regarding the useless international benefit!!!! Please be advised that to date Discovery has not paid the hospital or ambulance bill even though in writing it was stated that the claims were approved and would be paid, we have now been handed over in Australia for these bills!!! Useless useless *****, next step the medical aid ombudsmans.

I must eat humble pie, Sharon Ledwaba from ER 24 was so helpful when I called, she sent me proof of payments and followed up to make sure that I got the proof that these expenses were paid, I will write a good review for Discovery as much as it took it out of me to get this paid, they paid in the end and that's all that matters.
