Don't take discovery flexicare it is useless and worst service received

I am extremely frustrated by the service that was provided by Discovery flexicare and emergency max, on Monday my dad met with an accident after bring him home with had taken him to Victoria hospital tongaat for further treatment and xray, the recipniest called discovery and discovery advised that we must go to a clinic and they are unable to assist, the next day I had taken my dad to the doctors only to find out most off the doctors are dropping the discovery flexicare as it is full of s**t, I then phoned discovery and was provided by the worst service ever, managers refused to take my call for further assistance, I then got hold off the person whom sold this to me Sade Singh, she advised me it's still in one month waiting period that's why I can't use it, however my brother has the same thing for almost a year and they refused to assist him as well. I do remember be told that the emergency max will be effective from the 1st debit and that had happened at the beginning of Jan, so he should have been covered to be assisted at the hospital, after being pushed to the edge by Sade, i asked her to open a investigation as to why the hospital refused to assist my dad or my brother, which she declined and then told me to contact customer service line where I then received the worst worst worst service ever again, and they refused to get me urgent feedback, it's been a day and no manager called me back, I hope someone finds this, if this flexicare and emergency max can't work i would like my funds refunded as I believe you'll are lying to the customers and selling the product
