Dont reply to me or my doctors. Dont let me claim

I am truly sick of discovery. I know i need a medical aide and apparently discovery is the best but OMW discovery is a *******!<br> Every time i claim they come back with some lame reason as to why i cant claim. So pathetic that my doctors / dentist dont even understand why i cant claim. Everytime i send the information dicovery asks me for to claim they reply( after i beg and plead) and say something else is wrong. My dentist and doctors are getting truely anoyed with this now as i keep contacting them and they keep having to fill out new forms for things that should be naturally easy to claim for.<br> When the doctors/denstist does send through my information to claims@discovery and i even forward it to healthinfo@discovery, they never reply and when i finally get hold of them they dont even know what im talking about!! How can you ask a person to send things through and then dont even look at it??? I had to pay for a simple consoltation out of my own money and now we doing everything disocvery tells us to do and still no money back and more and more lame reasons as to why they wont pay. I have read my contract. I know i cam claim. DISCOVERY is taking my money and giving me nothing back!
