Don’t purchase Team Vitality!

Be careful signing up to any add on services by discovery. They as usual over promise and under deliver. I paid and signed up for Team Vitality and part of the marking pitch is that you get a free cycling shirt. What they fail to tell you is that shirt comes as an extra delivery cost as they have not restocked the sportsmanswharehoue stores and only after wasting your time and money driving to one are you informed that they only have 5XL and they they have asked discovery to restock, but have been repeatedly ignored by discovery. When I phoned to find out what when they will restock, they said they have no idea !!! And I can drive 50km to centurion and see if I have luck there or pay R50 delivery fee to cover their incompetence of not having a clue when they might deliver more stock to the stores? I wish that would mention on their website that free are maybe available rather than , you get a free cycling shirt? I’ve also sent several emails requesting the discount code for bike transport. … and nothing?
