Don't pay manual claim submissions

Why is every claimed I've submitted on my app and website not processed. I submitted 9ne last year. Not processed. Tried to submit it over 7x by email, app and online. I left last year's as it's a small amount

Now this year.. Last week, 3x and it's not processed yet. Same story.

What is wrong with discovery? I thsi is quite sick.
